Education & Family Foundation I had the immense pleasure of homeschooling my children through their K-12 education. During this time, I developed my technical skills by designing a business website and creating and managing multiple Yahoo Groups, Google Websites, and Google Groups for our homeschool communities.

Arts Leadership & Nonprofit Experience In 2014, when I began taking ballet for fitness, I had no idea I would fall in love with the art form and discover how much performing arts enriches our world. Starting with classes at Santa Clara Ballet (SCB), I quickly progressed from student to performer in the Nutcracker, then to managing ticket sales and joining the Board of Directors. As Mrs. Reyes' assistant, I took on increasing responsibilities in daily operations, student registration, managing tuition payments and serving as a key point of contact for parent communications, while also overseeing front-of-house operations and volunteer coordination during our Nutcracker seasons.

When SCB closed in 2021, I continued my arts involvement at San Jose Dance Theatre for three seasons, advancing from VIP Lounge volunteer to Props Master. In that role, I created a comprehensive Props Master Handbook with detailed construction guides, timelines, and show layouts to ensure smooth transitions for future teams.

Current Professional Growth My volunteer experience led to a paid position in summer 2024 at Milpitas Food Pantry, where I had volunteered with my children for 10 years, providing nutrition services to Milpitas and Alvisos' most vulnerable residents. I also joined the Isadora Duncan Awards committee that fall, serving on general and nominations committees while managing their website.

To broaden my experience, I joined Target in November 2024, progressing from Guest Advocate to Service Advocate, then HR Specialist, and finally as an Ulta in Target Specialist. Management selected me for this role because I balance task completion with excellent guest service in this unique small-operation-within-larger-operation environment.

What I Bring This journey taught me discipline, precision, and dedication—qualities that naturally merged with my passion for customer service and administration. I bring a detail-oriented approach and genuine care for people to everything I do. Whether managing complex projects or building relationships, I'm committed to making a positive impact.
